Oscars 2022: nomination e vincitori

Annunciate le nomination questa mattina all'alba (americana) con non poche difficioltà tecniche da Tracee Ellis Ross e Leslie Jordan, gli Oscar 2022 sono ufficialmente realtà. Tutto più o meno come previsto, anche se ci sono state alcune sorprese: niente nomination per Lady Gaga o Jennifer Hudson nella categoria Miglior attrice protagonista, niente di niente per "Passing" di Rebecca Hall, no cadidatura alla regia per Villeneuve (scandalo) come nemmeno per Maggie Gyllenhaal, anche se sono entrambi candidati alla sceneggiatura.
Belle sorprese quelle di Penélope Cruz e Judi Dench e belle conferme - dopo lo spavento dei BAFTA - di Kristen Stewart e Kirsten Dunst. Italia di nuovo in gara per il film straniero grazie a Sorrentino. Non mi aspettavo, invece, di vedere candidati Nicole Kidman e Javier Bardem per "Being the Ricardos".
Piccola curiosità: Penélope Cruz e Javier Bardem, Kirsten Dunst e Jesse Plemons sono tutti candidati nelle categorie attoriali e, nella vita vera, sono due coppie. Cruz e Bardem sono in lizza per gli attori protagonisti, mentre Dunst e Plemons per i non protagonisti.

Gli Oscar 2022 si terranno il 27 marzo 2022.
